Rusty has been a pivotal part of our community for 20 years. He retired as a Lieutenant Paramedic out of the Winston/Dillard Fire District. Since September 2025, he has been battling stage 4 pancreatic cancer. 

He has risked his life over and over again for people he does not know, and now it is time to rally together in honor of him.
