I know there are so many people wondering, praying, and concerned about Russell. We have had a very difficult few weeks, and things have changed so many times, both for the good and the bad, that we felt we needed to wait to share an update until we had information we knew was accurate.

My Russell continues to fight a hard fight, but he is tired, and his body is tired.

We are waiting on God’s timing. And although we know His timing is always perfect, this time is coming sooner than any of us are ready for.

As these days go by, please know how much we love and appreciate all of you. Your prayers, love, and support have carried us through some of the hardest days of our lives. When the time comes for Russell to go home to be with our Father, we will let you know.

If there is one thing My Russell has taught all of us through this journey, is to hold tightly to your faith during the storm. God will walk beside you through every step of it.

When you truly believe in our Maker, and that faith shines through the way you live, love, and treat others, people see it. Russell’s faith has touched more lives than I think he will ever know. Through his fight, he has shown us what it means to trust God even when the path in front of us is unbearably hard.

We continue to pray for peace, comfort, and precious time together.

We serve a Big God, and we will continue to trust Him, even through the storm. ❤️🙏
